I was really expecting this to feel soft, but it ended up being rough and kind of cheap-feeling. It made me question the product description a bit, and I’m not sure I’d trust buying from this brand again.

Not a great first impression. The box was torn up, crushed in spots, and dirty. The mattress itself was wet too. Just really disappointing. I get that shipping can be rough, but this felt way beyond normal

The site feels kind of cluttered and a little cheap-looking, haha. The colors don’t really go together, and it makes everything harder to look at than it needs to be...

I tried placing an order on bellasleepspa.com the whole checkout process was more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were loading really slowly for me, and at one point it froze and made me re-enter my info, which was frustrating. The order eventually went through, but I didn’t get a clear update right away, so I was left wondering if everything actually worked. I also noticed how some of the policies feel like they leave little loopholes where the company has wiggle room, but the customer is just stuck waiting or guessing. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the site and communication to be smoother

I really wanted to like this, but the temperature situation just didn’t work out for me. I had the AC set to 68, swapped to my thinner cotton sheets, and even tried sleeping with one foot out from under the blanket, but I still kept waking up sweaty around 2 or 3 in the morning.

Maybe it’s totally fine if you don’t already sleep warm, but I do, and this seemed to make it worse. After a few nights of waking up with my pillowcase damp around the edges and constantly flipping over to find a cooler spot, I gave up. Not really what I was expecting.

I was let down. The fabric felt thin and kind of scratchy right out of the package, and after just a few nights it already started looking worn. For the price, I expected a lot better. I’m also just tired of having to follow up on stuff like this when a product doesn’t match what was advertised, so overall it was a disappointing experience

the sizing just did not work for me at all. I ordered my usual size from bellasleepspa.com, but the fit was weird, too tight in some areas and oddly loose in others, so it just felt uncomfortable overall.

I did check the size chart before ordering, which made it even more frustrating. Now I have to deal with the return process, and it really doesn’t feel worth the trouble. I probably wouldn’t order again.

i ordered from bellasleepspa.com and the shipping took a lot longer than i thought it would. the site kind of made it seem like it would arrive quickly, but i ended up waiting around with barely any updates, which was frustrating.
the item did eventually show up, so at least there’s that, but the slow delivery definitely made the whole experience less convenient. i might order again, but only if i’m not in any kind of rush.

It feels comfy at first, but I’m not sure it really offers much support. Maybe it depends on what you need it for, but for me, it just didn’t feel supportive enough.
